During 1984, one visionaly person named Md. Nurul Karim dreamt about locally producing railway spare parts and to save foreign currency. That turned into opening a company to locally manufacture railway products.
This company has become a limited company in 1989 and has got registration in 1989 with joint Stock Company, Chittagong.
company is based on manufacturing units, import, indenting and road construction, bridge construction of Roads & Highway department of Bangladesh. We are also "C" contractor of Bangladesh Railway bearing registration no. C/279/2001. We are the manufacturer of various accessories and spare parts of Bangladesh Railway. {Also road construction and bridge construction herewith having grade license of "A" & "A Special" from Roads & Highway & construction works of Bangladesh Railway that unlimited work.}
The company is approved by Bangladesh Railway for Diesel Electric Locomotive spares, track materials under BSCIC sub-contracting cell. We are also approved for carriage repair and rehabilitation work.
The company is owned by the family members of Md. Nurul Karim, who is the Founder and Managing Director. The other two shareholders are the directors of the company.
